Very professional. I only had a Minor ailment compared to other patients but I felt Mr Phadnis listened to the problems I was having and was very understanding. He offered me different kinds of options talking me through each one so i fully understood everything.

I had a surgical procedure on my elbow with Mr Phadnis in January 2024 which has been vey successful.Prior to my procedure Mr Phadnis explained all aspects of the procedure , risks and recovery in detail and at a level I could clearly understand as well as fully answering all my questions . On all the occasions that I have met with Mr Phadnis I cannot compliment him high enough on his attitude and professionalism and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who requires a Consultant surgeon in respect of having an elbow procedure.

In August 2023 I dislocated my shoulder and underwent surgery in Nov 2023 at Nuffield Brighton for a large rotator cuff tear. Before the accident I was very active - boxing 3 times a week, CrossFit, running - after the accident I couldn’t raise my arm even to 90 degrees. I thought I’d never return to boxing. I was very anxious about the surgery. Throughout the entire process, from my initial consultation to the surgery and post-operative care, Mr Phadnis and the team at Nuffield demonstrated excellence. At each appointment, I brought various questions, all of which were answered honestly, managing my expectations effectively, and with clear, detailed explanations.
